Swift Success (“Swift Success,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the schools, staff, students, and parents who use our platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your data.
This Policy is intended to align with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). If you are located outside Nigeria, additional local laws may also apply.

4. Children’s Data and Parental Consent
4.1 Swift Success is designed to be used by students under the administration and supervision of their School. Student accounts are created and managed by the School, not directly by the student or Swift Success.
4.2 Schools are responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent required under applicable law before enrolling a student on the Service, in accordance with their own responsibilities as data controllers for their students.
4.3 We limit the collection of student data to what is reasonably necessary to provide the Service (academic performance, login credentials, and coursework), and we do not knowingly collect more than this from students directly.
4.4 Parents/guardians who have concerns about their child’s data should contact their School in the first instance, as the School manages the student’s account and enrollment.
5. Data Isolation Between Schools
Each School’s data — including student records, exam content, and performance analytics — is maintained in a private, logically isolated environment. Swift Success does not share, mix, or expose one School’s data to another School using the Service.
6. How We Share Information
We may share personal data only in the following circumstances:

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Data Security
7.1 We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted storage of credentials and access controls limiting data visibility to authorized personnel only.
7.2 While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly investigating and addressing any suspected data breach in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
8.1 We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember login sessions, and understand how the Service is used.
8.2 Essential cookies are required for the Service to function (e.g., maintaining a logged-in session). Non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics) may be used to help us improve the Service.
8.3 You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
9. Data Retention
9.1 We retain personal data for as long as a School’s account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9.2 Upon account termination, Schools may request export of their Content and data within a reasonable window before deletion, except where retention is required by law.
9.3 Data no longer necessary for these purposes will be securely deleted or anonymized.
